Our PM training covers all of the project management areas, has an emphasis on actual experience, and is tailored to clients’ specific programs and project requirements – exclusively using clients’ own projects as examples and discussion points whenever possible. Our PM training can be scaled or focused on specific client needs [e.g. using earned value management (EVM) or project management information systems (PMIS)].
